1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a LimeForge account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

LimeForge helps you take an idea to a working proof-of-concept through a guided, AI-assisted flow. The service is provided on an early-access basis and may change as we improve it.

3. Your content and IP ownership

You retain full ownership of the ideas you submit and of the source code LimeForge generates for you, which you may export at any time. The LimeForge platform and its runtime integrations remain ours and are never included in your exports.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the engine, or use it to build unlawful or harmful applications. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Generated output is provided “as is”. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before production use. To the extent permitted by law, LimeForge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
